Limits and availability

Recover from unavailable plans, account readiness blocks, usage limits, and changing model or tool availability.

The pricing page is the live source for plan availability and purchase state. This guide explains what to do when a plan, checkout step, included usage, model, or tool is not available as expected.

  1. Check the live catalog

Open Pricing and read the current plan cards. If the catalog cannot load, use its retry action and try again later. The detailed pricing guide explains the plan shape but does not replace the live catalog.

  2. Make the account ready

Some selections require sign-in and completed onboarding. Follow the visible account prompts, including any billing-country step, then return to Pricing and check availability again.

  3. Read the product limit or availability message

Included usage, model access, and tool access can depend on the current plan and product availability. Use the visible product message and do not assume that a plan guarantees a particular model or tool.

  4. Retry a failed checkout handoff

If checkout does not start or does not reach confirmation, retry from the live Pricing page. Keep the visible step or message so support can help without needing private account or payment details.
