Follow focused delegated activity, review its results, and understand the states shown in a task.
RevampKey may delegate a focused part of a task and show its progress and result alongside the main work. The visible activity is meant to help you understand what is underway, what completed, and what still needs attention.
Read the visible activity
A delegated entry can expand to show its task description and numbered steps. The activity may also show duration, a tool count, and whether work ran in a sequential or parallel group. Treat those details as review context, not as a replacement for reading the resulting files.

| Pending | The delegated item is waiting to begin. | Continue with the task or review its scope. |
| Completed | The item has finished and its result can be expanded. | Compare the result with the request and changed files. |
| Failed | The item stopped with a visible failure detail. | Read the detail, correct the scope, or retry when appropriate. |
| Abandoned | The item was left without a completed result. | Inspect existing changes before starting a new direction. |
| Session ended | The surrounding task session is no longer active. | Review any available result and decide whether to continue later. |
What details can an expanded activity item contain?
The public activity can show the focused task, numbered steps, duration, tool count, group order, approval details, and file changes. A reflection row should be interpreted only when the product labels it that way. Do not infer more than the visible labels establish.
