Review a GitHub pull request

Reads a pull request, its diff, the code around each change and its CI status, then reports risks and missing tests before anyone merges. Read-only unless the user asks for a review to be posted.

Triage GitHub issues

Sorts a repository's open issues by type, priority and duplicate status, reads the threads that matter and drafts labels and replies. It changes nothing on GitHub until the user confirms each action.
